• Exchanges: If your item is the wrong size or doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn and in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
• Refunds: If you prefer a refund, we offer full refunds on eligible items within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, and the return must be initiated within the 7-day period.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
